We require the pod/s for less than 3 months, can we still rent from you?
A: Yes! If the pod or pods are required for 1-14 days, you will be quoted on our ‘event’ prices. Between 14 days and up to 3 months, we can produce a custom quote for you. Prices are higher on these quotes due to the opportunity cost of not renting these pods out to longer term rentals, which is why we don’t charge the 3 month fee.
The lifts in our building are too small to transport the pod/s to our floor. How will you install?
A: Our pods are delivered flat packed and can be carried up stairs and then assembled in situ by our team of skilled engineers. There is an additional fee for no lift access due to the extra time installation takes.
We need the pod next week! Can you deliver?
A: We will do everything we can to facilitate installs that are required ASAP. As soon as the 1st invoice is paid and rental agreement signed, we can book the install in for our earliest possible slot. We can also install out of hours or on weekends for an additional fee.
We are moving offices and we'd prefer to bring the pod/s with us than return them. Is this possible?
A: Yes, that is the beauty of phone booths and meeting pods vs built meeting rooms! We can relocate the pods to your new office for a fee. The fee is dependent on location of the new office and the rental agreement you’re on. We subsidise at least one move for clients on longer term contracts.
Can we brand the pod?
A: We can provide branding and/or frosting to the pod for you for a fee or you can arrange your own. Some clients prefer sections of the glass to be frosted for privacy. As long as the branding is removable after your rental, then all good. We can supply details of what type of vinyl graphics are easily removable.
If we rent the pod/s and find we want to purchase outright during the rental, is this possible?
A: Usually, yes. We have different funding models for our rental fleet of pods. The price of a rental pod depends on many variables, so please enquire and we can provide a clear breakdown. We also offer a try before you buy option, where you rent for 3 months and have the option to buy or return.
